At Nivo Club, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original condition
  • Returned in the original packaging
  • Free from damage caused by the customer

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. Any exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page.
